Yes. Delivery of your final documents — both digital and physical — to any address in Spain or the United States is included in all our service fees.

If you need delivery to a different country, we can arrange this. Please ask us for a quote when placing your order, as pricing varies by destination.

Yes, always. Every service includes both a digital scan and a physical copy of your documents. The digital copy is sent to you before the physical package is dispatched, so you have access to your documents immediately.

Yes. This is a common situation and we handle it routinely. We can use our office address as your return address on any documents that require one — this has no legal significance for your residency application.

Once you have a fixed address, let us know and we’ll use it for dispatch of your physical documents.

Not for most services. The majority of our document services can be handled entirely remotely. Where in-person processing is required (e.g., Canadian fingerprinting), we have agents in Madrid and Valencia who can assist you in person. We’ll always let you know in advance if your specific case requires attendance.

Unfortunately, no. Canada imposes strict requirements on how fingerprint cards must be submitted for RCMP processing, and these cannot be met with a home kit. Canadian police clearance certificates require you to attend one of our offices in person so that we can collect and submit your prints correctly.

We do offer fingerprinting kits for United States FBI submissions, where the submission requirements are compatible with home collection.

Our processes have been refined over years specifically to move as quickly as possible within the constraints of each issuing authority. We already use the fastest available expediting options for every service we offer.

US apostilles are a known bottleneck. Processing times are set by the US State Department and are outside our control — but we use their fastest available channel for all federal apostilles as standard.

Volume. We process fifteen or more US federal apostilles on a typical working day, which allows us to consolidate shipments and keep per-document costs low.

State-level and provincial apostilles are far less common — a request for a Vermont apostille, for example, may come in once every couple of months. Each of these must be handled and shipped individually, which significantly increases the per-document cost. The pricing reflects that reality.

For immigration procedures within Spain, generally 6 months. But like most legal things, it depends. Our in-house jurist wrote a blog post about this here.

About 26-27 days on average but it can be longer if we hit a lot of holiday weekends, say in December. If there are any rare delays beyond the occasional bank holiday we will always contact you.
